The following is a description of the services included in this package.  

1. Layout and graphics for up to twenty (20) page site (example: Welcome Page, Home Page, Stallion Page, Mare Page, For Sale page, About us page, link page, contact us page, guest book, photo gallery or ?).  

     1a. Additional pages can be added for a one time set up fee of $10.00 per page.

2. Photo scanning and any photo retouching (Cropping and resizing) needed are included. I can not do alterations to copyrighted photos. Your photos will be scanned and saved on disk for your future use.

3. Promoting your site: includes submission to major search engines (ex: yahoo), keyword and meta tag optimization. (This assures your site comes up when people search for Your stuff, Your serves, horses for sale, stallions, etc.) 

4. Domain Name Setup - choose an internet address (www.yoursite.com), which will be reserved for you for one year.

  Web Site Hosting for One Year - your website needs to be stored with a server which will make it accessible to the internet. This is part of any website.  We offer 3 plans and prices start as low as $8.33 per month.

Web site maintenance service

$10.00/$20.00/$30.00 for personal web sites or $40.00 and up for Business web sites

$10.00 per month= 1 to 5 pages

$20.00 per month= 6 to 30 pages

$30.00 per month = 31 to 60 pages

$40.00 per month = 61 to 99 pages

$25.00 per hour for web sites over 100 pages billed quarterly based on estimated and actual time spent.

The per month web site maintenance service inlcudes your remote web site storage on my computer and working on the site making necessary changes ( Changes=Text and or pictures- NOT structure changes, photo galleries, or adding pages.)  Structure changes and additions are billed at a rate of $25.00 per hours with a minimum 1 hour charge. All requests for updates are completed and updated on Wednesday and Saturday only. ...After one year, you will have the opportunity to renew with our services, or take on the website by yourself. We will copy your site to a disk and you can take it from there.
